Reasonable monthly storage rates. All boats on the property are required to have a certificate of insurance on file with CRM.

Boats may be self - serviced and will be located near water and electricity. Bottom sanding is permitted by CRM staff only. All other activities may be performed by owners.
Slips
Slips ranging in length from 16’ – 40’ are available annually or monthly at very reasonable prices. Cadle Creek is a quiet, secluded creek with easy access to the Chesapeake Bay. Slips have water and electricity, and the restrooms have recently been remodeled. Slips lease on an annual basis beginning April 1 of each year.
