Storage
Over 5 acres of land available for storage of blocked boats, trailers, and boats on trailers all within convenient distance of water and electricity. Year-round storage available. All boats on the property are required to have a certificate of insurance on file with ACM.
Land Storage Rates:
Under 30' .... $8.00 per foot per month
30' - 41' .... $9.00 per foot per month
Over 41' .... $10.00 per foot per month
Mast storage .... $60.00 per month
Outboard engine storage .... $25.00 per month

Slips
Power or Sailboat slips ranging in length from 16’ – 35’ are available annually or monthly. Located south of Annapolis, Cadle Creek is a quiet, secluded creek just off the West and Rhode Rivers with easy access to the Chesapeake Bay. Slips have water and 30-amp electric. Annual slip lease beginning April 1 of each year. No Liveaboards.

- Up to 26’......$2,600.00 per year
Boat Ramp
- Ramp available 7 days a week
- $20 for daily ramp usage
- Plenty of Parking for Trailers
- $200 for Seasonal Ramp Pass - Yearly ramp sticker available for purchase in marina office

DIY
Boats may be self - serviced and will be located near water and electricity. Bottom sanding is permitted by ACM staff only. All other activities may be performed by owners.
